A Diploma Qualified Pilates Instructor, and certified Personal Trainer, Rehab Trainer, Cycle Coach and Boxing Coach, you can expect a slower-paced workout from Pete that focuses on biomechanical movements and technique. With a great love for nature and the outdoors, Pete loves spending his spare time fishing or out for a long run.
