A beautiful mat class based around the backbone of all movement. Join Jo on the mat for an integral series that both mobilises and strengthens the entire vertebral column but most acutely targets the anatomy of your lower back. Stability, mobility and strength are the bedrock of all movement and this session caters to each of these needs. Stand taller, move easier and feel stronger.
