Catherine has been practicing for 7 years and teaching for 3 years. Her yoga career has taken her to Hong Kong, Sydney and Bali, Indonesia. She is passionate about yoga and its capacity to simultaneously condition the body and mind. Her classes are dynamic yet calming and will leave you feeling refreshed.
